Contact us
Email support@skillorasports.com with your question. Your email creates a support ticket and you'll get a reply by email, usually within 2 working days.
Once you've contacted us, you can also follow your requests on our helpdesk. Sign in with the email you used. The first time, choose "Forgot password" to set a password.
If you're writing about a child's account, please email from the parent or guardian's account email.

How do I join Skillora?
Skillora is for players, parents and coaches at clubs that use it. Ask your coach or club for an invite.
How do I add my child?
Sign in with your parent account and add your child from Family settings. Every account for under-18s is created and managed by a parent or guardian.
How do I delete an account?
In the app, go to Settings and choose Delete account. Parents can delete a child's account from Family settings. You'll need to delete your children's accounts before your own. If you're the only coach of a team, contact us first so we can hand the team over. Can't get into the app? Email us from your account email with "Delete my account".
How do I download my data?
Sign in on the Skillora website and download your own data, or your child's, from your account.
How do I change notifications?
Go to My details in the app to choose which updates you get in the app and as push notifications. Push notifications for under-13s are off by default.
How do I report something?
Use the report button on the message or content, or email us. Adults can also block other users in chat.
Worried about a child's safety?
Speak to your club's welfare officer, or email support@skillorasports.com and we'll pass it to the club's safeguarding lead. If a child is in immediate danger, call 999.
